The Opportunity 

Join Mendix, a Siemens business, to lead digital transformation in South Korea through cutting-edge low-code technology. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will: 
  • Drive revenue and market expansion
  • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Shape and execute regional go-to-market strategies
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a team of enterprise sales professionals to exceed revenue targets
  • Drive pipeline generation by engaging senior executives, building strategic relationships, and developing a robust ecosystem of customers, partners, and influencers 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Siemens Digital Industries Software, Customer Success, Channels, and Services teams to deliver value and scale
  • Coach and mentor your team, providing regular feedback, training, and performance assessments
  • Define and track KPIs, aligning team goals with regional and company-wide objectives
  • Manage complex sales cycles, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide market insights to inform product strategy and roadmap development
What We’re Looking For - We welcome applicants who meet the following criteria: 

Required
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales leadership (SaaS or PaaS), with a strong track record of exceeding team quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships at the C-level
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification
  • A collaborative mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and coordinate cross-functional teams
Preferred
  • Experience selling into large enterprises
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
  • Knowledge of low-code platforms or digital transformation technologies
