We are seeking individuals passionate about Engineering and Digital Technology to join our Customer Services team at Siemens Digital Industries in Manchester. This role involves developing our digital system, to coordinate Customer Field Service Teams and lead critical business processes.   

What Makes Our Process Different?

What Will Your Day Look Like? 

You’ll be based in Manchester where we encourage office presence to help you learn, connect, and thrive. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week.  

Your role will include: 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand their current processes, where potential improvements could be made and help boost efficiency within the team.  
  • Developing communication plans and training materials to help the team understand the changes that will arise as the new developments are coordinated.  
  • Demonstrating how the integration of changes will deliver a return on investment for the Siemens business.  
  • Learning from system experts from across the globe to assist with cleansing current data.  
  • Regularly communicating project progress to people at all levels of the organisation.

  • You must be working towards a degree in a Business related degree or a discipline relevant to the requirements of the role  
  • You should bring new thinking and take initiative.

  • Work independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas, and seek to improve your ability to drive and lead change.  
  • Maintain an open mentality, ready to adopt ideas and feedback from colleagues at all levels.  
  • Enjoy collaborating with others to discover and implement innovative solutions.
