What Makes Our Process Different?

What Will Your Day Look Like? 

You’ll be based in Manchester, with an expectation of 2–3 days per week in the office to help you learn, connect, and thrive. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility depending on business needs and the nature of the work. 

 

Your role will include: 

  • Working with colleagues to solve every day tech problems and keeping systems running smoothly. 
  • Being a friendly face for IT in the business by helping others understand and use technology confidently. 
  • Getting involved in exciting projects using programming, data, and artificial intelligence to improve how we work and reach our goals. 
  • Running workshops and presentations that encourage teamwork and new ideas. 
  • Supporting the sales team by managing how online customer enquiries are shared across the business. 
  • Answering customer questions and help complete important forms and requests. 
  • Tracking of customer communications so we can respond quickly and consistently. 
  • Exploring new tools and equipment that could help us work smarter. 
  • Researching what’s happening in our industry to help shape future plans. 

 

 

What We’re Looking For 

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. You don’t need to tick every box - if you’re curious, motivated, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you. 

  • Working towards a degree in an IT or related discipline such as Information Technology with Business, Computing, Computer Science, Cyber Security. 
  • You think logically, are willing to self-learn, and take a creative approach to problem-solving. 
  • You take pride in working safely and responsibly, always doing the right thing. 
  • You are excited to grow, develop, and be a driving force for positive change. 
  • You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions. 
  • Experience within a customer-facing role is desired but not essential.
