About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Services team, which manages a diverse portfolio of initiatives across the Americas — including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Finance, Digitalization, Tool Implementations, and Service Transformations.

This role offers the opportunity to work in an international, dynamic, and collaborative environment, leading projects that have direct business impact. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, a team player, and an agile problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including work packages, milestones, and quality gates to monitor progress effectively.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

  • Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, applying appropriate risk and change management processes.

  • Ensure project documentation, reports, and deliverables comply with Siemens’ quality standards and governance requirements.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, fostering collaboration and trust.

  • Identify new business opportunities based on customer needs and ongoing project interactions.


Required Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, IT, or similar). Advanced degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Finance, M&A, Supply Chain, IT, or Digitalization projects.

  • Experience with SAP IT or SAP Rollouts is required.

  • Knowledge of formal project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).

  • PMP certification.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels and cultures.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Proficient in MS365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Project) and Smartsheet or similar project scheduling tools.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Willingness to travel (10–35%) across the Americas.
