You’ll make an impact by
- Strategy Development: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with business objectives and regulatory guidelines
 - Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with external and internal customers to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure platform adoption
 - Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate closely with legal, risk, and compliance teams to interpret and implement industry regulations (e.g., data privacy, security, financial standards) into platform features and operations
 - Product Development: Work with engineering and design teams to translate customer and regulatory needs into technical requirements, prioritizing features that deliver value while maintaining compliance
 - Time-to-Value: make data-driven decisions on make, buy or partnering
 - Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor platform usage, reliability, and performance, generating insights for continuous improvement
 - Risk Management: Identify potential risks—technical, regulatory, and operational—and develop mitigation strategies to ensure platform integrity and business continuity
 - Go-to-Market and Communication: Develop product documentation, training materials, and communication plans for both external and internal audiences, ensuring clarity and transparency

- Education
 - Master’s degree with a focus on economics and technical understanding, e.g., business information systems, industrial engineering, or similar
 - Experience & Skills
 - Longterm experience in regulated platform businesses
 - Proven track record in managing products or platforms within regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, telecommunications, or energy)
 - Successful product launches and enhancements in compliance-driven environments
 - Hands-on experience in cross-functional projects with engineering, compliance, legal, and customer-facing teams
 - Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to prioritize value-driven decisions based on data, communicate ROI effectively, and ensure alignment with platform architecture, APIs, and cybersecurity standards
 - Solid familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, CRA) and the ability to embed compliance into product development and delivery
 - Proficient in managing cross-functional teams, navigating dynamic environments, and delivering user-centric solutions through effective project management and analytical skills
 - Excellent communication and adaptability in conveying complex topics to diverse audiences while maintaining a proactive approach to challenges and learning opportunities
 - Expertise in value proposition design, design thinking, business modeling, and scalable product business strategies
