Event Operations Manager, Global Events

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Events Manager to join our Global Events team. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing global customer and internal events that drive engagement, strengthen our brand, and support strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on event professional with experience in end-to-end event management within a fast-paced environment.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in project management, coordinating across multiple workstreams and projects at once, and is eager to learn the strategic aspects of global program leadership. You will play a critical supporting role in ensuring operational excellence across the Americas, Europe, and APAC hosted events.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Coordination-
- Maintain and manage project management tools to ensure deliverables, risks, and dependencies are tracked across multiple global workstreams.
- Drive alignment across regional teams, supporting the Senior Event Strategist in ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
- Oversee project timelines, workflows, and progress reports, consolidating updates for senior leadership and steering committees.
- Track event KPIs, metrics, and post-event reporting for continuous improvement.
Event Planning & Execution-
- Lead the coordination and execution of customer-facing and internal corporate events, including executive summits, global conferences, and regional programs.
- Manage logistics across multiple workstreams: venue sourcing, vendor management, registration, mobile app and digital platforms, transportation, F&B, signage, and on-site operations.
- Oversee vendor and venue relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, sponsorship leads, and external agencies to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
- Support development of event content, communications, and attendee engagement materials in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
- Execute on-site with professionalism and composure in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
- Contribute to event measurement, reporting, and post-event debriefs to capture insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Experience-
- 4-6+ years of experience managing corporate events via an agency environment or corporate events team (global experience preferred).
- Proven success by executing events ranging from executive meetings and large-scale conferences and trade shows.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working with event technology platforms (Stova, Wrike, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheets, MS Suites, Teams, etc is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across regions and cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed (up to 25%).

The pay range for this position is 102,500 - 184,500 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
