Your role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Performance Controller to support the Latin America (LAM) region. You will act as a key business partner to regional leadership, transforming financial data into actionable insights and helping shape both short-term performance and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budget planning, rolling forecasts, and midterm financial updates for the LAM region, consolidating top-down and bottom-up inputs to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze actual vs. plan performance, financial KPIs, revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability across business units, recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain and improve cost accounting systems and margin analysis, while automating standard reports to enable more time for strategic insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, etc.) to forecast financial outcomes, support decision-making, and provide financial guidance for regional initiatives and transformation projects.
  • Drive process improvement through lean methodologies, support digitalization efforts, and contribute to the evolution of controlling tools and processes.
  • Evaluate assets and liabilities, manage inventory measures, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

Your skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, controlling, and performance management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Excel) and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Ownership mindset and ability to drive business value through data and insights.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Fluency in Portuguese will be considered a plus.
