Siemens Industry, Service Execution Division, is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our unique, high-value service contract offerings.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key role in rebranding our contracts, understanding and improving our entitlements, supporting sales trainings through continuous education, and acting as a liaison between our divisions, channel partners and end customers, ensuring alignment in our strategies and offerings. Strong collaboration, effective communication, and technical aptitude are all skills that will be necessary to support this portfolio, ensuring the seamless and professional delivery of end-to-end value propositions.
We are looking for a Service Execution Contract Specialist. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental, US.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Rebrand contracts to match a new global standard with a strong focus on communication, change management, and process documentation
- Develop new and improve current processes associated with Siemens service agreements
- Use and build on existing analytics, understand market trends and competitor offerings to support sales with strategically targeting customers
- Develop an external-facing portal for customers to track the use of their contract
- Support additional strategic initiatives across the business as needed
- Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels
- Deeply understand and create workflows modeling process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases by collecting business requirements
- Acting as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, collecting and integrating valuable feedback to enhance overall product and service offerings.
- Developing and implementing a robust sales process for our sales teams, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in their approach.
- Conducting fundamental portfolio training sessions and collaborating with many internal stakeholders to deliver in-depth training programs.
- Be a pivotal team player, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes shared goals and collective success.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
- 2+ years professional experience demonstrating effective writing, communication and public speaking ability and conveying clear messaging through: marketing, internal and external presentations, and written process documentation.
- Strong background and understanding of change management in a large organization
- Familiar with data analytics methodologies and problem solving in manufacturing environments or similar environments with a high level of complexity and an ability to distill challenging technical details into consumable information
- Prior professional experience with Microsoft Suite.
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships with sales (interpersonal relationships)
- 10% domestic travel expected of this role
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Microsoft 365 professionally.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Basic software development skills – Python, JavaScript, SQL, PHP
- Thorough understanding of various business models and functional processes related to Industry 4.0, positioning yourself as a thought leader in this evolving landscape.

The pay range for this position is $67,480 - $115,680 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
