We are looking for: Solution Architect (Industries),

You’ll make an impact by:

·       Review the customer needs / requirements by studying requirement specification or direct customer interaction

·       Designing System Architecture and concept definition for the Power Distribution network according customer requirements

·       Shall be able to visualize end-end solution and data structure flow e.g. sensor to Cloud

·       Design / selection of hardware platforms according as per requirement IoT Gateway, Controller, Switches etc.

·       Able to explain the architecture and its multiple layers to customers

·       Expertise on philosophical understanding of MV/LV and other substation equipment’s

·       Able to define various system interfaces, with Communication protocol definition

·       Understanding of cloud infrastructure and technologies

·       Understanding of Cybersecurity at IT/OT & Cloud levels

·       Designing the main electrical infrastructure of applications in Industries, including Medium-and Low Voltage (Power distribution and Motor Control Center)

·       Translating basic concepts into solutions that meet and exceed the client's expectation.

·       Taking ownership of the design choices with the related functional and financial impact. Further developing of the technical relationship with end-clients, consultants and contractors.

·       Supporting the sales organization to enable the further development of global named accounts.

·       Developing close relationships with Siemens (international) operating capture and execution teams.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

·       A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical / power systems engineering.

·       At least 10-15 years of experience in the design of power transmission and distribution systems and / or projects ranging from medium voltage down to low voltage in critical environments, preferably Industries.

·       Basic understanding of integration of different third-party portfolio elements (inverters, UPS, batteries, and transformers) on SKIDs and E-Houses.Experience in the design of communication infrastructure concepts including knowledge about most common communication protocols.

·       Detailed knowledge about design & integration of DERs with special focus on control applications for their integration into medium and high voltage grids.

·       Experience in developing overall solutions in the environment of microgrids & DERs in integrating different energy sources like Solar PV, Wind, battery storage, CHP etc., in industrial and infrastructure applications.

·       A deep understanding of technical requirements for control applications in renewable plants & microgrids.

·       Detailed knowledge of different generation assets like Solar PV, Wind turbines, Diesel generators, CHP, battery storage and associated equipment like inverters & batteries.

·       Basic Knowledge of network design and calculation.

·       Communication technology knowledge (hardware, protocols, architecture development)

·       Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

·       Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

·       You are eager and energetic, using your skills and initiative to seek out opportunity instead of waiting for it to come to you.

·       You have the resilience and determination to nurture short and long design cycles.

·       Special interest in interface management and creativity to think beyond the industry standards / practices.

·       A flexible attitude and willingness to travel.
