You’ll make an impact by

• As Finance Business Manager (f/m/d), you are responsible for the financial management of your portfolio area and the associated value streams
• In close coordination with R&D and PLM, you consistently represent finance perspectives and support the achievement of all relevant KPIs
• You independently analyze the current portfolio status and prepare convincing management documents for well-founded decisions
• Business-relevant profitability calculations for innovative R&D projects are created under your leadership and are regularly reviewed for plausibility
• You are responsible for the planning, management, and control of development budgets, forecasts, and actual costs with high precision and transparency
• Through targeted digitalization initiatives, you increase data quality and controllability, actively developing reporting standards further
• As project lead in the global finance team, you shape modern controlling processes that create sustainable transparency and impact

• Education: A completed master's degree in business administration forms the basis of your expertise
• Experience & Skills
• Many years of experience in controlling enable you to confidently analyze complex relationships and prepare them for decision-making
• In-depth reporting know-how and digitalization knowledge, especially in working with Power BI, support your modern ways of working
• You are able to translate complex financial data into clear decision-making bases for technical teams
• You also bring very good experience in stakeholder management
• Languages: Business fluent German and English help you present analyses clearly and convincingly to stakeholders
