- Payroll Coordination
Ensure accurate and timely communication of monthly payroll data (e.g., additional payments, deductions, insurance exemptions) to the payroll provider and validate correct processing - Workday Data Management
Execute Workday changes and mass uploads in collaboration with global partners and delivery centers, ensuring data integrity and compliance - Knowledge Management
Review, update, and maintain HR-related articles and knowledge resources to support employees and stakeholders with accurate information - Global Projects & Tools Implementation
Drive the implementation of global tools and projects within Türkiye, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local requirements - Service Request Handling
Manage People Center tickets efficiently, providing timely and customer-focused resolutions - Risk & Compliance
Implement internal controls and procedures to mitigate payroll-related risks in line with GBS H2R ELC TR RIC responsibilities
What you need to make real what matters.
- 3rd & 4th year undergraduate student in related area
- Able to work minimum in avarage 2-3 days/week in Kartal
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Flexible and good team player
- Open minded and highly collaborative
