Are you a dynamic and results-driven marketing leader with a passion for driving business growth in the vibrant APAC region? We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Program Manager to strategically plan, implement, and optimize high-impact marketing programs, with a particular emphasis on the pivotal Taiwan market. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who grows with strategic ownership, hands-on execution, and outstanding cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategic Growth & Market Leadership: Take independent ownership of comprehensive marketing program execution across the APAC region, with a strategic focus on Taiwan. You will be instrumental in consistently delivering against ambitious growth targets and business objectives, directly impacting our market share and revenue.
  • Orchestrate Coordinated Marketing Campaigns: Lead and orchestrate end-to-end marketing campaign planning, ensuring seamless integration and strategic alignment across diverse marketing functions. This includes close collaboration with Solution Marketing, Industry Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Market Research, and Digital Marketing teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Influence & Partner with Senior Leadership: Partner closely with senior managers and directors to proactively identify, develop, and implement innovative and effective marketing tactics, strategies, and comprehensive plans that drive market penetration and competitive advantage. Your insights will directly develop our regional marketing direction.
  • Solve Complex Challenges with Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience to navigate and address complex marketing challenges, providing insightful solutions and effectively influencing strategic direction through compelling communication and a strong technical understanding of our offerings.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Spearhead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, demonstrating proven project management capabilities and hands-on execution to target key accounts, nurture relationships, and accelerate sales pipelines.
  • Extensive Marketing Leadership: A minimum of 7-10 years of dynamic experience in marketing program management, demonstrating a strong background of success in driving measurable business outcomes.
  • APAC Market Expertise: Deep understanding and proven experience in the APAC market, with specific expertise and a strong network within Taiwan being highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Proficient English proficiency (oral and written) is crucial for engaging effectively with diverse collaborators, coupled with advanced interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, build consensus, and influence at all levels.
  • Technical Skill & Industry Insight: Strong competence, ideally complemented by a background in Electronics, Semiconductor, or Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industries. This enables a understanding of our target markets, customer needs, and solution value propositions.
  • Strategic & Analytical Perspective: The ability to analyze complex market trends, interpret data, and insights into, marketing strategies and programs.
  • Results-Oriented Execution: A proven ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion, consistently delivering measurable results and demonstrating a dedication to continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Extended experience in technology marketing or sales.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze marketing program results, take data-driven decisions, and adjust programs as needed.
  • Knowledge of B2B business buyer’s journey and ability to discuss with the marketing team leader on demand generation, sales pipeline contribution, sales opportunity acceleration, etc.
  • Ability to promote available marketing assets using digital and non-digital tactics to a range of B2B customers.
  • Experience in planning and completing events such as trade shows, seminars and webinars.
  • Experience in executing account-based marketing programs would be a plus.
  • Ability to constantly adapt to changes in the market and accompany changes in the organization. Also, a good candidate is highly motivated, has a strong interest in new fields and scope of work, is patient, is good at collaborating with other team members, and has a goal- and result-oriented approach.
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Eloqua) and various other marketing related tools (Allocadia, Wrike, Stensul etc.). If not much experienced with these tools, the candidate should have the ability to willingly learn and use these tools on their own by demonstrating available on-demand enablement content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MBA would be preferred.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders in a multi-cultural team.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
