Position Overview

We are looking for a Low Voltage Design Solution Professional who will be able to support customer / project needs in terms of LV Design (with the use of LV design tools) and complete solution by implementing Siemens’ complete Low Voltage (Electrical Products) portfolio in Athens/Thessaloniki/Crete Greece.

Your Challenge

* Develop, design and complete customer demand in technical aspects.
* Perform competition analysis in order to propose the best technical solution.
* Analyzes customers' technical setup to better judge aspects of product and solution integration.
* Perform review of task plans, drawings and installation schematics and provide guidance in the phase of product test integration. 

* Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues in Greece and abroad to exchange best practices, updates, and training

* Support Siemens sales team and provide pre-sales support for assigned portfolios across all sales channels

* Receives and supports requests from customers creating offerings and solutions based on Electrical Products portfolio

What do you need to bring with you?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in related discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in technical support and electrical panels design tools. Experience from Panel Builder company, Specifier company or Contractor company will be highly appreciated.
• Knowledge of low voltage technology, in particular industrial controls and circuit protection
• Basic knowledge in Building/Industry Automation
• Technical writing experience
• Growth Mindset: Desire to continuous learning, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to unlearn and relearn
• Results/ Goals orientation and self-motivation for personal and career development within a dynamic working environment
• Natural curiosity to collaborate with others, grow within a team and ask questions
• Self-starter with aggressive energy to accomplish assigned tasks on time
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving
• Excellent time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Good presentation skills, verbal and written communication abilities
• Good knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken
