What we’re looking for:
As a Digital Marketing & Event Communication Intern, your primary mission will be to support event project coordination, with a special focus on Realize LIVE. You will also gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support various marketing projects and initiatives. You will work closely with marketing department stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights and solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about project management, develop coordination and communication skills, and contribute to broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
Your primary missions will be to:
- Manage social media communication for events
- Prepare presentation materials for bi-monthly coordination calls.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with event expectations.
- Support the creation of communication assets during Realize LIVE (customer quotes, interviews, podcasts, social media content).
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize and manage logistics for external events.
- Analyze Simcenter’s presence and engagement at events, track key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to evaluate event impact and success.
- Collaborate within Marketing to identify relevant KPIs for each project and translate them into useful metrics. (Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops,)
Depending on your skills development and the team's projects, your missions may evolve during your placement.
This 13-month paid placement is based in London, Hammersmith, and is available from July 2026
Skills required:
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year university course, pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
- You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and a strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret marketing data.
- Project management and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Open-minded, proactive, and able to collaborate efficiently in an international environment.
