How you’ll make an impact:
- You will analyze customer feedback and service reports across the Frankfurt, Goa, and Wuxi locations.
- You will develop preventive strategies to improve product and service quality, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You reliably identify patterns, thoroughly analyze causes, and work closely with the QM department to design sustainable prevention strategies.
- Furthermore, you will conduct data analyses and evaluate trends, hotspots, and risk areas at all locations.
- Based on your service insights, you will develop strategies and measures for product and process optimization.
- In close cooperation with the global team, you will find solutions for complex customer requirements regarding sensors and IoT.
- Finally, you will create reports, presentations, and recommendations for action and answer complex questions using your technical know-how.
Your defining qualities:
- Education
- Completed Master's degree/diploma in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with a focus on Quality/Process Management, Statistics, or similar.
- Experience & Skills
- Several years of relevant experience in quality management, process analysis, complaint management, or data analysis, ideally in a multi-site company, as well as in-depth knowledge of sensor technology and IoT.
- Practical experience in quality management and root cause analysis methods (e.g., 8D Report, FMEA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). Additional knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean is an advantage.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills for structuring and interpreting complex data.
- Proficient in databases, Excel (Pivot, complex formulas), BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and/or statistical software (e.g., R, Python, Minitab, SPSS) is an advantage.

- Languages
- Very good German and English skills for clear presentations and convincing communication with stakeholders
