Job Title:Execution Finance Head

Company:Siemens Energy India Ltd.

Location:Aurangabad, India

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Leader to head the Execution Finance function at Siemens Energy India Ltd. in Aurangabad. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance execution, customer management, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in managing complex financial operations and leading diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management:

Interface with senior-level customers, including Public Sector clients, ensuring smooth financial execution.


Order & Contract Management:

Handle complex customer orders with a thorough understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
Manage contract closure activities and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements.


Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Accounting, Treasury, and Sales to ensure seamless execution.


Financial Execution & Reporting:

Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting and execution using SAP systems.


Digital Transformation:

Drive initiatives to digitalize and automate manual processes for improved efficiency.


Export & Offshore Management:

Manage offshore customers and ensure compliance with all export documentation requirements.


Logistics & Operational Challenges:

Navigate complex logistical environments to ensure timely and accurate financial execution.


Leadership & People Management:

Lead and manage diverse teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years of experience in finance execution and leadership roles.
Strong accounting background with the ability to handle complex execution scenarios.
Proven experience in customer management, including Public Sector clients.
Expertise in SAP and financial systems.
Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management across multiple internal functions.
Strong people management skills with experience leading diverse teams.
Focus on digitalization and automation of financial processes.
Experience in contract closure and managing export documentation.
Ability to work in a complex logistical environment.
