Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Digital Marketing & Communications to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy across the Middle East region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping Siemens’ digital presence across web, social, search, CRM and marketing automation platforms, email, and paid advertising.
We are looking for a strategic self-starter - a driven digital leader with the courage to innovate, the confidence to challenge the status quo, and the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders. This role requires someone who enjoys experimentation, takes ownership, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to deliver impactful work. You will design high-performing digital campaigns, optimize digital channels, and elevate Siemens’ brand visibility and engagement across the region. If you are a data-savvy, collaborative, and culturally attuned leader with strong technical expertise in digital channels, campaigns, and analytics, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the digital communications strategy for Siemens Middle East, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.
- Oversee digital channels including regional websites, social media, and internal platforms; evaluate performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Lead end-to-end digital campaigns—developing creative concepts, content, and execution strategies (organic and paid) to drive awareness, engagement, and brand-to-demand outcomes.
- Drive SEO and website performance, leveraging analytics to enhance visibility, traffic, and user experience.
- Lead CRM initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine audience engagement strategies.
- Lead measurements across digital channels; apply a data-first approach to analyze performance, generate insights, and optimize content and engagement.
- Partner closely with marketing, communications, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key digital partners and vendors.
- Champion the adoption of new digital platforms, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to enhance speed, scale, and content quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree qualified with a proven track record of leading and delivering digital marketing and communications strategies in large, matrixed B2B organizations in the Middle East Region.
- Expertise in predictive analytics, attribution modeling, and data visualization to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable impact.
- Strong command of SEO, CMS/website management, CRM, advanced marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo), and social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
- Ability to design and optimize integrated digital campaigns across social, email, web, and paid channels (including programmatic).
- Experienced in creating impactful digital content strategies and personalized user journeys.
- Skilled in A/B testing and CRO methodologies to improve digital performance.
- Proactive in identifying, testing, and leveraging new technologies, including AI-driven content creation, personalization, and automation.
- Experience managing online sentiment and navigating digital reputation challenges.
- Able to confidently influence senior leaders, secure buy-in across functions, and navigate complex stakeholder environments with maturity and tact.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, persistence, and a solutions-focused mindset, especially when driving change or challenging established norms.
- Deep appreciation for Middle Eastern cultural diversity; able to adapt communication style to different audiences and work effectively across multicultural teams.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, identifies opportunities proactively and drives continuous improvement.
- Fluent English is required, and Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage for this role.
