Our HPCWorks platform enables the world’s most demanding compute workloads across industries including semiconductor design, automotive, aerospace, life sciences, and research.

We are seeking a Product Manager to evolve HPCWorks as next-generation workloads integrate AI and quantum computing. You will define strategy and execution — bringing innovation to hybrid compute environments that blend classical and quantum capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for HPCWorks, including AI-driven and quantum-hybrid capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, customer success, and sales to deliver scalable HPC features aligned to customer needs.
• Translate market and competitive insights into clear product priorities and business outcomes.
• Lead go-to-market alignment — positioning, launch readiness, and messaging for new releases.
• Represent the product externally with customers, partners, industry analysts, and at conferences.
• Track performance and user adoption to drive continuous improvement in usability, reliability, and value delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in HPC, cloud infrastructure, advanced compute platforms, or distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of HPC architectures (CPU/GPU), workload scheduling, and hybrid deployments.
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows and scalable compute orchestration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Passion for emerging compute technologies such as quantum-assisted HPC and automation innovation.
