Senior Sales Engineer – Saudi Arabia/Jeddah

Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! 

• Developing and managing the Approved Partner Business / OEM Sales strategy for Saudi Arabia.
• Expanding the portfolio of HVAC field devices (esp. valves & actuators, thermostats, and damper actuators)
• Assess market (verticals, end-users, contractors, approved partner, and OEM) and define partner-strategy with the aim to increase market share for Siemens HVAC field devises & OEM portfolio.
• Responsible for ensuring that the department attains its sales quotas while maintaining or exceeding booking gross margin objectives.
• Acquires/develops Approved Partners & OEM for the HVAC field devises portfolio in line with the agreed strategy. Increase share of wallet by promoting entire Buildings-offering.
• Ensures efficient sales support for WR approved partners, OEM and customers with HVAC field devises product portfolio demand.
• Plans and ensures sales volumes, customer visits and strategic activities in WR.
• Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market-related network of stakeholders.
• Prepares customer contact, builds, and maintains a customer focused network.
• Prioritize customers based on potential and opportunities and allocate effort (# visits).
• Develop new customers, partners & OEM to gain additive potential/revenues.
• Coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with Back Office/other involved professionals and management.
• May act as a point of contact to assigned customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
• Establishes and supports value selling through partners & OEM.
• Orchestrates sales approach towards partner together with technical sales.
• Conducts sales training and provide support for product selection and value engineering.
• Develop relationships with various consultants, end users and contractors to increase reach of our existing approved partners & OEM.
• Collect data related to market transparency to enable prepare business growth plans and strategy.
• Develops/ Maintains close relationship with entire approved partner & OEM organization, has good understanding of SWOT of approved partners & OEM.
• Generates leads by meeting contractors regularly, co-ordinate with partners for timely submission of offer, reply to queries, submittal etc. to enable winning orders. Work with consultants to make presentations, specify products, submittal approval/comments etc.
• Establishes and supports value selling through approved partner.
• Provides support to approved partner & OEM, with focus on customer value add, customer potential and customer satisfaction (managing outlets, marketing activities, campaign management, etc.)

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical /electrical engineering.
• Three to Five years of equivalent work experience in the HVAC industry.
• Market Segmentation & Customer Targeting.
• Desired areas of expertise, development of business relationships focused on delivery.
• Ability to identify trends in the marketplace and to position resources to capitalize on those trends
• Price Management.
• Customer Platforming.
• Digital Demand Generation.
• Microsoft office applications.
• A burning desire to significantly contribute to the success of a winning team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
