Regional Sales Manager – High Pressure Water Mist

You'll make a difference by:
  • Driving Strategic Business Development and Demand Creation: Taking responsibility for creating technology demand and developing business for the high-pressure water mist portfolio, playing a key role in growing the future of the technology within the Fire Business.
  • Growing and Managing the Partner Network: Working strategically with our partner network to support their local strategies and grow their business, leveraging Siemens' vast in-country resources to provide unmatched technical expertise.
  • Managing the End-to-End Sales Pipeline and Reporting: Actively growing and maintaining a pipeline of projects with the partner network. This includes utilizing the CRM system to manage the pipeline and create quotations (with the central team), and regularly reporting sales figures for both revenue and order intake for your region.
  • Influencing Early Design Decisions: Working directly with consultants, fire engineers, and architects to provide support during early design stages and influence the technology decision.
  • Expanding Market Presence and Expertise: Identifying and attending exhibitions and seminars to grow our presence and create demand, while continuously keeping well informed of the global and local water mist standards for land-based systems.
  • Global Engagement: Joining our global sales team and undertaking international travel as expected to fulfill the demands of this strategic role.

You'll win us over by:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales within the fire protection industry, with specific expertise in water mist systems.
  • Communication & Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Proficiency in English.
  • Detail & Deadline Management: Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently with a high level of accuracy of work.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable and experienced with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills: Great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player, including a willingness to co-create and share knowledge while respecting the uniqueness of others.
  • Growth Mindset & Eligibility: Possess a Global mindset and a passion for continuous growth, and must have eligibility to work in Singapore
