• Plan and prepare daily PDI activity as per the approved customer documents and internal customer.

• Overall responsibility for Co-ordination and planning activity with Cross function teams.

• Preparation and active participation in NCC management activity.

• Overall responsibility for Teamwork and co-ordination.

• Knowledge of Pre-dispatch inspection and selection criteria.

• Process study & SOP preparation & updation.

• Handling month end test record analysis and progress reporting.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• Practical knowledge on Lashing and choking of container.

• Packaging of product in container.

• Knowledge acquired in 3 years in Quality Assurance/ Final Product Inspection

• Degree/Diploma with 1 -4 years in Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Skills:

• Inspection of Pre dispatch Inspection of final product /Sub assembly.

• Extensive Experience in understanding and handling customer /supplier.

• Inspection of incoming material as per drawing and customer specifications.

• 7QC tools and Basic six sigma knowledge for 8D/CAPA.

• Outsourcing factory assembly knowledge.

• Co ordinate for new defect with CFT.

• GD & T practical knowledge about the component’s topics.

• Practical knowledge SAP for Quality.

• Root cause analysis of customer complaint and inhouse NCs by 7 using QCs tools Or DMAIC.

• Expert level Communication skills for clarifying requirements/solutions and resolving misunderstandings

• Pronounced proactive mindset and approach to serve colleagues, internal and external customers
