What you will be doing

In order to expand our business in Eastern Europe, we are seeking focused, driven individuals looking to grow their professional career in sales. The ideal candidate will possess an outstanding blend of business mindset, tech savvy, and a curiosity about building strong, lasting relationships. 1. Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Qualification:

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed market research at industry and country levels in Eastern Europe to uncover new business opportunities, market segments, and potential partnerships using prospecting and sales automation tools.
  • Prospecting: Apply diverse tools to find contacts in targeted accounts. Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events to identify, generate, prioritize, and qualify leads.
  • Collaboration with Territory Management: Work closely with the marketing, technical pre-sales team, Area Sales Managers, and channel partners to devise strategies for handling sales territories and consistently exceeding quotas.

2. Partnerships and Sales Cycle Management:

  • Relationship Building: Regularly interact with channel partners through Teams meetings and communications to align on prospecting targets and strategies.
  • Sales Support: Actively participate and lead prospect meetings alongside Sales Managers, technical teams, and partners.
  • Lead Management: Ensure partners adhere to policies on lead generation and management.
  • Sales Pipeline Automation: Automate nurturing processes in areas not covered by partners, ensuring trust and credibility throughout the sales pipeline.
  • CRM Monitoring: Coordinate direct and indirect CRM activities, generate reports and dashboards to ensure partner engagement.

3. Social Selling:

  • Online Presence: Establish and maintain a strong, consistent presence on LinkedIn, focusing on technology-related activities.
  • Partner Support: Advise and assist partners in their social selling endeavors.

4. Travel and Event Participation:

  • Exhibition and Events Support: Assist partners in identifying and qualifying local exhibitions.
  • Local Conference Participation: Engage in and support local Conferences organized annually by partners.

5. International Events and Campaigns:

  • Event Promotion: Actively promote worldwide events.
  • Campaign Coordination: Align international campaigns and initiatives with partners' plans.
  • Team Collaboration: Be an active member of the EMEA wide BDR team, drawing inspiration and strategies from BDR activities in other regions.

What you will bring

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha etc).
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel across Eastern Europe.
