Your new field of activity – challenging and future-oriented

• IT equipment procurement and distribution
• Managing user accounts and onboarding packages
• Onsite support for employees with IT hardware (computers and smartphones) setup and troubleshooting
• Client installations
• End-user support for walk-ins
• Assisting employees with MS O365 topics and general IT inquiries

Your qualifications – solid and adequate

• Ongoing studies or a graduate degree in IT, business informatics, information security, or a related field at a university or university of applied sciences
• Proficiency in handling IT end-user hardware and software, including Windows 11, MS Office 365, Android, and iOS
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products (entire O365 suite, including Power BI, Power Automate, and PowerApps)
• Basic understanding of modern IT processes (e.g., ITIL)
• IT infrastructure and network knowledge
• Fluent in Serbian and English, both written and spoken
