? Position Overview
As a Junior Asset Management Professional, you’ll coordinate and control a variety of real estate activities within the US Siemens Mobility portfolio. You’ll help develop and implement real estate standards and guidelines, support continuous improvement, and evaluate business cases. You’ll work closely with the Senior Asset Manager and the real estate team, gaining exposure to global and regional projects.

Broad-based Real Estate Expertise:
- Transactions (deal structuring/positioning), budgeting, and implementation
- Underwriting/due diligence
- Site selection/control
- Entitlements/zoning
- Environmental assessment
- Legal team management
- Scope development and control
- Financial and qualitative site analysis
- Design and construction team selection
- Contract negotiation
- Budgeting and cost management
- Preparation of management schedules

Project Management:
- Drive processes, even when you don’t have all the answers
- Communicate effectively in writing and visually (PowerPoint)
- Self-starter attitude

Asset Management Leadership:
- Act as an expert and interface with internal partners on topics like business principles, leasing, building operations, space management, and real estate costs
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of real estate standards and guidelines
- Facilitate the Siemens capital project approval process (I-Application)
- Evaluate business cases, clarify issues, and ensure quality
- Monitor real estate cost development
- Coordinate and control activities with global or regional scope
- May have functionally restricted management responsibility for leading one or more operational employees
🛠 What You Bring
- Experience: 5–8 years in commercial real estate
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field
- Expertise: Functional, commercial, and technical knowledge in commercial real estate
- Skills:
- Integrate analysis, strategy, and implementation
- Interpret and influence policy and guidelines
- Develop processes and systems to deliver objectives
- Plan and manage work in a project-driven environment
- Provide functional advice and guidance to colleagues and customers
- Integrate processes and results from other workflows and disciplines
- Deep professional know-how and judgment
- Problem-solving competence
- Experience improving existing processes and approaches
- Ability to train and guide support/professional staff

The pay range for this position is $114,036 - $133,926 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
